Because our products are classified as food and dietary supplements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
This policy ensures the safety, hygiene, and integrity of all our wellness products.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery at info@glowbella.us.
Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue — our support team will review it as quickly as possible.
If your claim is approved, we will:

Ship a replacement within 3 business days, or

Issue a refund directly to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days, though your bank may take a few extra days to post the transaction.
Refund & Replacement Exceptions
We cannot issue refunds, replacements, or credits in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Orders returned due to being unclaimed

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind (for health and safety reasons)

Packages rejected by customs or import authorities
Please note: all consumable products returned to our fulfillment center are disposed of for safety and cannot be restocked.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled or changed.
